A new version of Google Docs was released and since we know you're all busy here's your chance to catch up. After you've enabled the new version, you'll want to take a few minutes to get acquainted with the new features in each of the document types. Make the time now...it'll save you time when you're under pressure to produce a document in quick order.

Go to Settings in Your Google Docs Account
Enable New Version of Google Docs
1. Optional: Enable Experimental features if you want to stay on the cutting edge in Google Docs
2. Select New version of Google documents
Important: Unfortunately, the new version is only applicable to new documents that you create. And don't try to take a short-cut and copy the original.
